These terms explain what you can expect from HeiBuddy, and what HeiBuddy expects from you. We have tried to write them in plain language. Where the law requires precise wording, we have used it — but we have explained it too.
1. What is HeiBuddy?
HeiBuddy is a voice-first AI app. It helps you book and pay for services across many providers. HeiBuddy does not deliver food, drive cabs, or provide medical care directly. Service partners do. HeiBuddy connects you to them.
- Operated by HeiBuddy Technologies, with offices in India and the United States.
- Available on Android and iOS, and at heibuddy.ai.
- By using HeiBuddy, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Give us correct information when you sign up.
- Keep your account password and devices secure.
- Use HeiBuddy only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to break, hack, or misuse the service.
- Be respectful to service partners and to our support team.
- If you are under the legal age in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Service Partner Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service descriptions, prices, and availability.
- Honour bookings and orders made through HeiBuddy.
- Comply with all applicable laws — including tax, safety, and consumer protection.
- Treat customers fairly and respectfully.
- Maintain required licences and certifications for your service category.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Prices shown in the app are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We use trusted payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
- Refund timelines depend on the service. They are shown before you confirm an order.
- If a service partner fails to deliver, we will help you get a refund.
- Charges from your bank (foreign transaction fees, currency conversion) are your responsibility.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
- HeiBuddy is a marketplace. The quality, safety, and legality of services are the responsibility of the service partner.
- We try our best to keep the app running, but we cannot promise 100% uptime.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question, except where applicable law says otherwise.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or violations of consumer protection law.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Most disputes can be solved quickly through in-app support.
- If not, please write to grievance@heibuddy.ai. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
- For India users, the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights.
- Users in other jurisdictions retain their local statutory rights and dispute resolution options.
7. Intellectual Property
The HeiBuddy app, website, brand, logo, and content are the property of HeiBuddy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the product changes, when the law changes, or when we make a mistake we want to correct.
We will tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before important changes take effect.
9. Termination
- You can stop using HeiBuddy at any time. Open Settings → Delete account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — after reasonable notice, except in cases of fraud or serious abuse.
